1. What we collect
- Contact data: name, work email, company, project brief, package selection ($150/$300/$400) submitted via /contact form. Stored in Google Workspace and Notion for 24 months.
- Analytics: anonymized page views, device type, referrer via GA4 (IP anonymized) and/or Plausible. No cross-site tracking.
- Cookies & localStorage: essential cookie for session, analytics with consent, and localStorage key dt_cookie_consent for banner state. See #cookies.
- Communication: emails, Loom links, Figma comments for project delivery.
2. Purpose & legal basis
We process contact data to respond to inquiries (legitimate interest / contract pre-performance), deliver UI/UX services ($150-$400 packages + $10-$400 add-ons), improve site performance (analytics consent), and comply with Nevada/US law. We do not sell personal data. No automated decision-making with legal effect.
3. Sharing
Processors: Google Workspace (email), Notion (project tracking), Webflow/Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments USD). All under DPA. No selling to ad networks.
4. Retention & security
Inquiries: 24 months. Project files: 36 months after delivery for support. Encrypted at rest, 2FA on all tools, access limited to Chelsea Evans + 2 contractors under NDA.
5. Your rights (US / Nevada)
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability at team@designtalivo.com. We respond within 30 days. For California CPRA, same rights apply. Opt-out of analytics via browser DNT or clear localStorage.
6. Children
Site not directed to under-16. We do not knowingly collect minors data.
Refund Policy — Digital UI/UX Services

Packages covered
- Sprint $150 fixed — 1 flow, 6 screens, 2-day delivery
- System $300 fixed — 15 screens + design system, 7-day delivery
- Scale $400 fixed — 25 screens + full system + website UX + research, 14-day delivery
- Add-ons fixed ladder: $10 (copy), $20 (icons), $30 (illustrations), $40 (landing), $50 (prototype), $75 (audit), $100 (motion), $150 (interviews), $200 (deck), $300 (Webflow build), $400 (full brand)
Refund windows
- Before design kickoff (Figma file created): 100% refund within 14 days of payment.
- After design started, before code/prototype: 50% refund, we keep discovery & wireframes as work performed.
- After code / prototype / Webflow started: No refund, but unlimited revisions until you approve delivery as defined in scope. We deliver Loom + source files.
- Deadline guarantee: If we miss contracted ship date (2/7/14 days from kickoff) without client-caused delay (late content), second 50% invoice is void — written in contract and enforceable. See /legal#terms.
How to request
Email team@designtalivo.com with subject "Refund - [Project ID]" + receipt. Processed via Stripe original method within 5-7 business days. Disputes governed by Nevada law, Fallon jurisdiction.
Non-refundable
Third-party fees (fonts, stock, Webflow hosting) and rush $500 equivalent if purchased. Add-ons delivered are non-refundable after delivery.

1. Scope
UI/UX design: product design, design systems, website UX, brand/motion, research, Webflow build. Timelines: Sprint 2d, System 7d, Scale 14d from kickoff (kickoff = 50% paid + brief + assets received). Client delays extend timeline day-for-day.
2. Payment
Fixed ladder per brief: $150/$300/$400 packages, add-ons $10-$400. 50% upfront to book, 50% on approval before source handoff. USD via Stripe/ACH. Late 1.5%/month. Taxes: US sales tax not included unless NV nexus requires; client responsible for own tax.
3. Deliverables & IP
Upon full payment, client owns final Figma, tokens, prototype, Webflow build, and brand files. We retain right to show work in portfolio (with NDA respect). Reusable tooling, templates, and process docs remain ours.
4. Revisions
2 rounds included per phase (wire, hi-fi). Additional revisions at $75/hr or via Care add-on. Unlimited fixes for bugs (not new scope) within 14-30 days per package.
5. Warranties & liability
Services as-is. No warranty for third-party platforms (Figma, Webflow, Maze). Liability capped at amount paid for that project. No indirect damages. Nevada law applies.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Refund per #refund policy. Upon termination, client pays for work performed to date.
